Lithium-ion battery packs are assembled and tested in our factory in Qingxi District, Dongguan, China. Your goods (battery packs, cells, other components) typically are consolidated at the Port of Hong Kong. Then they are assigned a carrier like FedEx or DHL and shipped to their final destination with tracking.

We may also stock some products in California USA for fast shipping inside North America.

Most loose cells ship 2–3 days after purchase, while custom battery packs may take 2–3 weeks before shipping. Custom molds and PCBs may take 10–15 days to produce. Manufacture-to-order cylindrical cells in quantities above 10,000 units may take 8–10 weeks depending on the manufacturer's production schedule.

Shipping by sea for orders above ~150kg averages 3–5 weeks and is significantly less expensive than air freight.

Yes, all cells and battery packs, as well as most other component products are covered by our replacement warranty.

Our Warranty and Returns Policy covers all manufacturer defects in both workmanship and material. It also guarantees all of our products as authentic and that they match original performance ratings. In nearly all cases, if a problem is discovered we will ship replacements for free within the warranty period.

Loose cells typically have a thirty (30) day free replacement warranty, while battery packs may have a six (6) month to one or more (1+) year(s) free replacement warranty. Because of the variable character of custom battery packs and their applications, the warranty period may be determined on a per-product basis.

There is no MOQ (Minimum order quantity) for sample orders.

However, for cylindrical loose cells, we encourage buying a minimum of 50 cells to offset flat rate shipping costs. Made-to-order lithium polymer cells, some circuit boards, and certain other products may have an MOQ of 5000 units.

We understand the dilemma of scale that consumer device, electric vehicle, and energy storage manufacturing and design firms face. Ramping up production in excess of >$20k USD to gain the advantages of sourcing from a large Chinese factory can take more than a year. Smaller production runs are necessary before higher production runs are reached. This is why we do not have any minimums for custom battery packs, however, we reserve the right to reject orders from businesses who are too early in their business plan to warrant our investment into the design and engineering of custom lithium-ion battery packs.

Certifications are generally geographically dependent. We can produce most mandatory or voluntary certifications for battery packs or cells on your behalf. Or we can provide the necessary sample products, testing reports and supplementary files for you to file for certification yourself.
